The Pentacles are linked to the element of Earth. They represent the material world: work, money, health, home and the body. Pentacles ground the tarot in practical results and tangible reality.

Themes in the Pentacles include security, abundance, skill, routine and physical wellbeing. When Pentacles appear, they often point to finances, career, or the need to build something lasting. Unlike the Major Arcana’s focus on inner growth, Pentacles focus on outer manifestation – what we build, earn and nurture in the visible world.
